I was with another company for 5 years that had told me a heater located in my den was faulty. After Gas Inc performed their inspection for leaks their service guy looked at this heater and quickly discovered the only issue was gas not going to the heater. Simple turn of a turn off valve. The other company did not look for during their installation.
