I like the fact that you care enough to contact me on issues I consider important. The issue that I had 70 percent fill was resolved from the standpoint of reasons given by manager. However my research indicates that 80 percent fill is safe as far as expansion allowance during hot and cold temperatures. If that has changed I would appreciate receiving the new guidelines expressing that. Thank you.

Even though our installation was full of hiccups for the Gas, Inc. Staff, everyone remained so professional and gracious. I especially appreciated the way Dawn kept me up-to-date on things. Stuff happens, but it is how we deal with it that counts. Your staff is the best.
