I’ve never been disappointed by the service I’ve received. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I brought my Orbea in a few times and when I picked it up it was perfect and ready to ride. I love Trek bikes and hope to come shopping for a Domane or Checkpoint once I’ve hit my savings goals. There’s a great selection of kids bikes too, along with all the miscellaneous maintenance items and gear. Even if its a little out of my way, I make it a point to stop in for chain lube or new gloves, instead of using Amazon. Thanks Al Petri for making me a loyal customer, 10 years and counting.
Quick affordable service
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our sales associate really went above and beyond to help find me the bike I was looking for. He was even nice enough to find one that was just in and unboxed it for me. I was just what I was looking for. They even assembled it and had it back to me the same day!!
