Friendly staff. Great selection. I will admit though, my last service order didn't live up to expectations. I don't believe anyone tested the bike after repair. If they did, they would have noticed something wasn't fixed properly.

They were very helpful, taking time to look at the entire bike, walking us through the things they saw that needed work, and then kindly treated us when we didn't have an appointment. They completed the work in a timely manner and my daughter says it is like riding a new bike! She couldn't stop commenting on the difference they made to the bike!

I've been with Petri's Bikes for 45 years. Al III is nonpareil as an owner, a mechanic, and a human being. He can always come up with ways to improvise if there is not a conventional way to fix your problem. If you are doing races, and you have a last minute problem, he will find time to get you going before race day. The two ladies I know the best, Melonie and Elizabeth are friendly, amiable, and very knowledgeable . They have always helped me to make the best decision when I am making a purchase. There is no other bike shop where I would feel the same confidence as I do in Petri's Bike Shop.
