Came on the date they said they would drop off the bin. The gentleman took the time to explain how to unlock and lock the bin when he came. Put boards down to protect my driveway. When I called back and gave them a date for picking up the bin they were here promptly that morning. Anyone I spoke to at Budget Bin either on the phone or at dropoff wete very courteous and had all the answers to questions I had asked.
