The only thing you could do better is offer wood chippers built into your bins with a roof on the bins so the chips don't go flying all over the place.
First name removed bin arrived - and was picked up - as scheduled. First name removed office staff were very helpful. My only criticism is your automatic accounting system is very confusing.
