The entire experience was very good! Didn’t like the initial 5 minute wait on hold and navigating the website to determine what we required was not very user-friendly. However, Debbie Briggs was extremely helpful. And polite and personable. Her can-do attitude ensured prompt delivery and removal of both bins. Your bin delivery guys were very professional also - polite, considerate of neighbours, and incredibly adept at doing their job. Would definitely recommend.

We have had great success with the York1 team and enjoy doing business with them. There are very rarely complaints or negativity from the team. They are prompt and complete pickup within a reasonable time after scheduling. We appreciate the variety of materials they take. As well, we appreciate their efforts to divert construction and demolition waste from our landfill.
They arrived with the bin when they said they would and were very kind to check about where to leave it!
All went well according to my sisters and brothers that were on the spot.

I used to use Budget Bin but since it’s now York l thought l’d give it a try.
It’s easy to order, prompt delivery, great detail of what you can and cannot put in your bin without extra charges. They also protect the driveway when placing it.
