It was Hamilton, not Toronto. They were quick and efficient through the ordering, delivery and pick up process. However, your web site is not user friendly. I tried three times on two different days and your web site would not accept my order. Both times I had to call the office number and got a very nice and efficient real person who took my order quickly.

I loved that I could call a phone number and get an answer to my questions immediately. When I was trying to get quotes they were companies who had absolutely no contact information on their website other than the pricing and pictures and an online booking system. If you have questions, there was no way to ask them and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the phone. So much faster and easier than a whole bunch of back-and-forth through electronic forms or emails, five minute conversation, save Staff and customers tons of time And is well worth it. Customer service was great everything was very timely. Very happy.
