What I like most is how patient and kind everyone is with all the dogs young and old, big and small! My dog is a rescue and it took her awhile to be comfortable—everyone did their best to make that happen. I feel it’s a very safe environment and that my dog is learning how to be a good playmate thanks to the “coaching “ she receives. Love the daily reports on how my dog did at daycare

It’s a one stop shop! Daycare, boarding, grooming, and training. We use all of their services and I will have to say our dog (Kane) is completely spoiled. The staff are so personable and caring.
Yes but you need to respond to my email. I sent an email back in April that Quincy had her bordetella vaccination and I sent it 3x and again on Tues May 23 I was asked again that it was missing. I’m not concerned and you guys are all wonderful just pointing this out. Thanks

Very nice people and a clean environment.
They do a good job and the owners and caretakers seem to care. My only caveat is that every time they come back from daycare there’s a 10% chance that the dogs will come out smelling like dead animal. It has gotten better and it’s understandable, their level of care and overall enthusiasm of dog care and services keeps us coming back. I’ll take a stinky dog 10% of the time, but I know that they are cared for and safe.
I love how kind and welcoming the everyone is! They always take the time to answer all my questions! My dog was not very popular at his last daycare, it really makes me happy to see that Bug is so excited as soon as I take the exit off the highway near Dogtopia. I can tell he likes the staff!
Whenever he does have a challenge I feel like the staff is very transparent and helps give me feedback on how I can work through the issue! As a first time dog owner it really helps me know where to direct training focus!
I like being able to check the cameras too, so I can really see how Bugs interactions go. One day I saw him really pushing another dogs buttons and then the trainer set him up for success by taking him to walk on lead until he disengaged and was ready to play safety again. I really feel like Bug is learning a lot here! It will open doors into skills that will allow him to explore and be more happy/calm!!
I am excited for the Big Feelings class in October! I think it's great that you offer classes because it'll allow me to offer a consistent approach to his behavior that aligns with the approaches he is receiving at daycare!
Aggie is always happy to see everyone at Dogtopia!! I know that while l am off having fun with family and friends, Aggie is too🐶🐶😀.

Updates by email while my dog was boarded. Good communication about problems and measures taken to insure my dog was getting care she needed. We usually leave for only a day or two. This tripe was nine days. I felt comfortable because I knew she was being cared for. She looks forward to her regular playdays, and waits at the door for us to put her in the car to go to Dogtopia. Thanks to all the staff that took such good care of Minnie.

They treat my dog Sage, like she was their own dog. No wonder Sage loves going there.
There is always supervision. And, I like that the dogs get a break from each other in the middle of the day.
We love Alex, our groomer! My pals get so excited when they see her and she always does such a good job with their nails and baths. My dogs are very nervous and reactive, but not with Alex and the rest of the Dogtopia staff. We love them!
Alex did an excellent job of grooming my dog! She was very receptive to my dog’s nervousness and took good care of her during the process.
