I love all the employees positive attitudes and genuine love for dogs. I feel that my dog is safe, and secure at Dogtopia and will also have an exhausting day of play. The facilities are clean and additional fun activities offered are a fun way to be involved.
All of the staff is very friendly - you can tell they are genuinely excited to care for our pets! Allegra always comes home fairly clean and with relatively dry fur which makes it easy for her to ride in the car and sit on the furniture :) we appreciate the quick wipe downs at the end of the day to minimize slobber! We also like the report cards that she gets sometimes which gives us a little bit of an update on her day. We also appreciated the get well card that was sent to her after she was diagnosed with kennel cough.
They remember who I am and who my dog is. More report cards would be nice to report anything about my dog's behavior or mood that seemed unusual.
I am impressed that the people working here recognize my dog right away when we arrive in the morning. I like that when we pick him up in the afternoon he is happy and worn out from a day of playing with friends.

The staff is very friendly and seems like they sincerely enjoy all the dogs. Even though our dog doesn't go there often, the staff manages to remember her name. I like that the facilities are clean and smell fresh and they clean up any messes quickly. I love that I can watch her on the webcams so I can see why she comes home pooped! I love me some Dogtopia!

I realize this is a business, but I'm always amazed at the level of enthusiasm your team shows each and every time I drop-off/pick-up Keeta. I wouldn't have her in doggy day care if I wasn't convinced it was a "great thing" for her. Let's face it - it's an expense I mentally justify every time I bring her in.
Her body language tells me she's excited to be there and she practically falls asleep in the car on the way home. Thank you for doing what you do so well.

The staff is really great. I have the sense they know the dogs "personally," at least that is certainly the case for my dog. I know my dog really loves going there, which makes us very happy to send her there.
Always friendly and our dog is always happy to be there. They also will let us know if any cleaning or other issues are needed.

we took our golden retriever puppy - Zeus - to Dogtopia for a get acquainted stay since we are going to board him over the thanksgiving weekend. While there he was given a bath. Zeus came home a tired but happy puppy. We were given a report card which gave us a little insight into his behavior and how he adjusted to the stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful and obviously like animals.
Dogtopia has great prices and hours! My dog loves going to Dogtopia and cries in the car on the way home! I also really love being able to check in on the webcam to see her having fun!
When we came to Madison from Chicago we needed a place to have our dogs watched during the day. The staff at Dogtopia was extremely accommodating with a last minute request. Upon arrival they were extremely professional in the checking of the background of our pups which made me feel a lot more comfortable with every dog there. When we came back our dogs were pooped. They had lots of play time and had as much fun as we did at a family get together. I have gone back every time we need a doggy day care in Madison and will not go anywhere else because it feels safe leaving them there and our dogs obviously have a lot of fun! Thanks Dogtopia!
