The Den is a wonderful place to attend class. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The teachers are caring and knowledgeable. There is a good variety of classes and you never feel like you are not a member of the family.

I enjoy the Bhakti Sun Class alot. I like how you have all the props available and that the studios are warm when there is a Sun class. Alyson is awesome and also the other instructors are great too. Nice vibe all in all in the studio.

I experienced a warm greeting on my first visit from Chip. He was very friendly and helpful with questions and information. I really enjoyed the Power class. I was able to follow the verbal cueing easily and really got a great workout and felt very balanced, physically and mentally after the class. Thank you for a great first time experience at Yoga Den.
