What do you like about our services?

Great variety of classes, positive energy from the instructors, good atmosphere, location...close to Fleming island, how the studio reminds me of a treehouse :) and I like the low lighting in the studio.

Friendly warm staff, great class schedule with a lot of variety. It seems most studios have mostly power classes, it's nice to have mind body options throughout day!

I luv yoga den especially allison. She is so down ro earth & real. I luv her classes. Even though i have not been there in a while due to traveling w/ my sons soccer or my grandson's soccer game when i am in town. I try to make it when ever possible.

Thanksgiving detox was.only class ever taken but interested in the yogalates class. Also if someone could let me know when the shirts come in for the detox...ran out by time.I got there Email address removed
