Love how it feels like you enter into a "yoga timezone" when you enter the front door. The staff are super friendly and easy to talk to. The studio vibe is super peaceful!

Great class. Though the location is not new, it was new to me. It was a great setting with all the trees-very soothing.

I used to think I hated yoga. I had only ever practiced at a gym, but when I came to an actual yoga studio, I fell in love. I'm discovering I"m not a fan of Vinyasa, but I am a fan of Hatha. I love the instructor (Alyson, I think) and everyone at the studio is warm and welcoming. I will definitely keep coming back.

All classes are unique and schedule makes it easy to go. Even though I'm a quiet one it still feels like a family. Like Allisons bravery and out of the box thinking and Kristys gumption. Looking forward to the stadium event and food charity at the brewery. Extremely well run business.
