Where do I begin? From the moment I stepped into Yoga Den I felt belong. Their motto is "no judgement" and everyone follows through with that. Therefore, someone who doesn't have extensive background in yoga can literally hang with the best of them. Everyone was ready and willing to share their practice with a smile. It feels like you've just been adopted into a very loving family. And besides all the emotional stuff, they really know their stuff. Little nuggets, safety tips, etc, are constantly provided so that you can improve upon your practice every time you step into the den.

I love the attention to each person my instructors give. Very relaxing setting, no judgement zone. Great music (Allison has great taste!)

I love the Yoga Den. My only suggestions would be to keep the rooms a little cooler. At 78 degrees, it is a little warm for older women such as myself.

Encouragement from teachers. Frequent emphasis on proper alignment while always offering modificiitons. Large number of class times to choose from. Easy parking.

I like the consistency about the services. I only have one real comment, it would be so nice if cell phones weren't allowed in the room. I understand people will still put them in their bags, but maybe they could turn them off. It's very distracting when the phones vibrate and you're in a pose.😉

Great instructors. But it's a long way from my home in julington creek and my office in st augustine. I come when I can.

The teachers are great! The atmosphere is very peaceful. Also, really appreciate the $5 M&B Thursday classes.
