From the doormat to the yoga mat Yoga Den is where you will meet the kindest, less judgemental yoga instructors. Also great professionals always there to answer a question. A place of safety means that everyone who comes to practice is also kind and open minded.

Very friendly and helpful, really great class.

Good size studio and love the room to the right as it's very peaceful/relaxing esp with the the windows surrounded by plants. The class schedule is great with evening classes.

Everything! The building is so relaxing and the teachers are wonderful. My classes are typically taught by Heather (who is AWESOME) or I believe a woman named Emily who plays a ukulele during Shivasana sometimes (which is also AWESOME.) The $5 discount for high school students has allowed me to go much more frequently due to financial restraints! Thank you so much. Best yoga studio I've been to.

Pam is an excellent instructor. She makes it fun to stretch and incourages each to make it fit them. Very positive and upbeat.
