I love the smell as I approach the front door, the staff that always is welcoming, helpful and friendly, the availability of mats pr towels if I forget mine, the classes are amazing and most instructors are phenomenal. I never regret taking the time to go when I come out of a class and highly recommend to all friends.
I feel that it conditions treat my body well. It also helps me to calm down the stress in my life.

Helpful, easy to follow, and friendly people. This was my first ever yoga session and I felt so relaxed and calm afterward. It is definitely what I need and I will continue my sessions at Yoga Den. Thank you.
Staff is consistent with the Yoga Den style and format. You know what to expect from an advertised class. "Mind Body", "Restorative", etc. I am working on my 300 teacher training (for Yoga Alliance 500 Hour) and am always learning from the teachers.
Highly recommend for newbies and experienced student's alike - make sure to browse the class descriptions. They are true to the class.
