You need to find a way to duplicate her method of teaching so when she’s ready to take time off we aren’t totally bummed. When I attend classes taught by other teachers they can’t seem to stay with the four count beat of the music. They all go too fast. That drives me crazy!

The employees I encountered, from the front desk to Andrew, were very friendly and welcoming. As someone new who tried Yoga Den years ago and left feeling very intimidated, this time I felt welcomed and that it was okay for me to take time learning what I was doing. Andrew also gave me some class/instructor suggestions based on my skill level, which was very appreciated.

I love the smell as I aporoach the front door, the hello when I enter, convenience of extra mats in case I forget mine. Thw instructors are awesome, friwndly, professional and come in early, talk to students and offer great advice if asked. The class schedule is accommodating with a wide variety. I love the lighted trees and window facing the woods. Just one of my favorite places to be.

Lots of classes, lots of studios and lots of good teachers! Whatever my schedule is - I can usually get to a class. That's important to me.
