My home studio is Fleming Island, but I like tha Ashtanga class on Fridays, and I also like Allyson’s class. The other classes I attend are at Fleming: Connor’s power, Andrea’s Ashtanga, and Michelle’s power classes.

The classes are challenging but there is no judgement. You can come and practice and enjoy it whenever it fits your schedule. Everyone is welcoming whenever you can get there.

If you live in Jacksonville or want to try something new this is the place to be❤️ There are many classes to fit in a busy schedule so I check the web site each morning to see where I’d like to go!
