Love the calming atmosphere. The classes are wonderful and the variety and schedules means that I can get in a yoga class when it's convenient for me. Great staff and instructors.

I recommend Yoga Den to just about everyone I meet! The owners are friendly and welcoming to all newcomers. They’re knowledgeable and passionate about all aspects of yoga. They hold all levels of classes, both hot and room temperature, throughout the day 7 days a week

Location, classes, studios. the studios are spacious and the floors are very comfortable, i like looking out at the plants and sky while practicing yoga. Yoga teachers are all good and some are great.

The classes are inclusive to all skill levels. The instructors know when to provide assistance. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I never feel judged when I have to leave early for work and when I arrive late i am welcomed.
