My family and I have enjoyed Andrew as well as Jessie. They are both great instructors.

Friendly staff and environment. The class was a mix of structure and flow. It was not too rigid, but the instructor maintained control through the entire class. I loved the pace of the class and the other yogis in class were awesome. Everyone was polite and creative in their approach. I felt welcomed and apart of the Yoga Den community. I will be joining again and I hope the Southside location is just as awesome, and landscape wise just a beautiful! The trees outside instead of mirrors was tranquil and lovely! Thank you for allowing me to join in. :) See you all soon

Teachers well trained.clear on instructions allow for modifications. Like mind body baths yoga,gentle flow looking forward to restorative as well.not just for 30 somethings!!

Convenient location

I like the variety of classes. The instructors are great. They are very friendly and make you feel welcome wether your a novice at yoga, which is me, or more advanced. The studio is not far from my house and the atmosphere is so relaxing.
