What do you like about our programs and activities?

Those who are leading the classes are very well prepared. As I am new, I have always felt the person leading the class felt comfortable to speak with me at the beginning of the class or afterwards. This helps me to to sustain my momentum.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I am a 83 year old senior but I do love the opportunity to be a member of the YMCA I do now come by ParaTransit but enjoy keeping my legs going strong especially on the equipment of the second floor
No I do not parcipate in any other activities At one time I did love the aqua fit classes but with no car life really takes a turn on your life

I am happy not to have to preregister for each aquafit class
I would however like to see mote aquafit classes in the morning…Tues and Wed is great but two consecutive days is not preferable….

I enjoy the lane swimming..but I feel you close the facility way too early .
