Good variety
Stoney Creek is not my home 'Y' but mine doesn't offer line dancing. I have been attending this class for over 4 years now & will continue to do so because Rose is a fantastic teacher! It is certainly worth the drive for me.
The facilities are modern with best quality fitness machines. The overall facility is extremely family friendly. The shortcoming for me is the number of cycle classes.
Would like an evening parent and tot option.

Aquafit!
The welcoming attitude of all the staff and instructors. I also find every instructor I have had, from aquafit to group power to be very dedicated and enthusiastic.

I love Aquafit and have been going to classes for a few years now. I recently got my husband to get a Y membership for the gym facilities. I have a concern however about women wearing heavy perfumes in the locker room and in the pool or applying scented products in locker areas after a workout. I suffer from asthma and these products are terrible on my lungs. Interestingly, many people in the pool complain of scented products and they do not have asthma.
