I only do stationary bike however my visual observations of the fun and enthusiasm of others confirms the great outcomes achieved by SC membership!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I usually go to a different YMCA location and have only been at the Stoney location one time. Group power class excellent. The pool area clean and pool water looked very clean. Organization of lane swims and leisure swim well done and family swim was in separate pool (the members seem to respect these boundaries of the different swim activities going on simultaneously - the lifeguards probably has a lot to do with this along with the organized schedules).
