I have been to 2 aquafit classes for seniors and I enjoyed them. The pool is clean and large. The exercise instructor led us through a variety of activities and made the time go by quickly.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
The building is attractive and well-maintained.
I look forward to participating in these classes at least once a week.

I only do Aquafit but it is fun and a good work out. Each instructor brings something different to the table.
I really enjoy the variety of programs and activities the sports center offers, and I appreciate the effort put into making them engaging. At the same time, I hope to see even more options added in the future. It would also be wonderful if the pool schedule could include specific times dedicated for women.
THE Y is like an extension of our Home.Friendliness and orderliness of everything. Swim lessons are very enjoyable for my children.
The programs are great, but the transfer of skills/learning depends on the instructor for each session; some are better than others in terms of their ability to manage six kids simultaneously while teaching them.
What I like about the programs and activities available is that theres such a wide range to choose from and it's all very inclusive. The schedules for the programs fit very well with my schedule but it would be nice to see a few more time slots available to provide more access.

I am a new member for less than a month. I have found the staff and instructors very welcoming and helpful.
Swimming lessons. My son had the best instructor this summer . Nolan. He learned more in this lesson then all previous lessons combined (torpedoes age 16) The music is way too loud in the pool area though. Everyone is yelling at each other. Please, please keep it turned down low.
What I love most about your programs and activities is the incredible level of care and individual attention provided — especially in the Swimmable program. The swimming instructors have been absolutely outstanding. Their patience, kindness, and 1-on-1 support have made a world of difference for my child, who has special needs. It's not easy to find programs that are both inclusive and genuinely supportive, but your team goes above and beyond. They've created a space where my child feels safe, confident, and excited to learn — and as a parent, that means everything
