First time in yesterday was extremely happy with the way i was treated.
Since I retired 6 years ago, I have been trying to get a good 4X2 haircut closed to my home. Trying to find someone that can consistently do a good job on what is often assumed to be a simple haircut has not been easy. Sport Clips appears to be the answer. I visited there for the first time last week and was very impressed with Leah. She understood exactly what I wanted and did a great job. She was cordial and focused on making sure it was tapered well and evenly cut. I’ll be using the app in about three weeks to make another appointment with Leah.

The energy there is amazing the treatment is great the sport clips workers are amazing people to talk to and amazing at there job my last haircut was over 2 years ago because of the workers not doing what i wanted with my hair and cutting way too much off so i just didnt get a haircut till my friend dragged me to this sport clips and man it was great they did exactly what i was wanting (and i didnt even know what i was wanting) over all 11/10

Yesterday I was in your store and had the opportunity to receive a haircut from Jesse K.
When she was cutting my hair, she was extremely focused on the cut. I was impressed with the care she took to satisfy me. She did say that she was just starting out cutting and wanted to make sure it was to my satisfaction. She is a great benefit to your store, When she finished she was going to go get another person to review what she had done. I assured her that wasn't necessary. I asked her if she was pleased with the way it looked, She was and that was all that counted.
Honestly was thinking about trying some where else after getting my haircut there for 5+ yrs. The service hasn't been bad, but has not been great either. I always felt kind of rushed in and out. I got my haircut and scalp massage from Megan at the north town Square in Spokane, Washington. Megan is the reason I will stay with sports clips instead of trying somewhere else. Her service was the best I have ever received there by far and probably ever anywhere. You can tell she takes pride in her work and pays very close attention to detail. You can tell she truly loves what she does. I did not feel rushed at all with Megan and she made the haircut and scalp massage make me feel like I was in a high end salon or spa instead of a big corporate chain salon. I left there feeling relaxed and in a much better mood because of Megan's excellent service! Thank you Megan!
