I’ve been visiting this location for my haircuts since moving to Spokane two years ago, and each visit has been consistently positive. However, my recent visit on January 9th truly stood out. Abby C provided exceptional service, and it was clear from the moment I sat down that she is not only a professional, but someone for whom great service comes naturally. The way she attentively listened and connected with me made me feel less like a customer and more like a friend.
This experience has changed my outlook on the establishment, and I’ll now specifically request Abby for my future visits. Her personal touch and expertise have earned my trust, and I look forward to returning to see her again.
