Yesterday, I went in to get a Triple Play haircut while I was in Spokane. Jesse was highly personable and professional, and I was really impressed with the service. The whole place felt this way, and I left feeling that the experience was really just wonderful. The management, it feels, definitely has a great group of employees here right now. My only critique: the television in the waiting area is very dim and likely needs replacing.

I do NOT like the tech side of your business...too hard to get on to the website and then too hard to get signed in on the computer in the store because the website did not take my reservation anyway. I then learned that you can't make a reservation till five minutes after the shop was opened. Well, I was there 30 minutes before opening to make sure that I would be first up. But because the sign in process was complicated for this 76 yr old relic, I became the third up. Till the nice lady who cut my hair intervened and said I was next. Thank God for her working when I was in.
By the way, I am not a computer illiterate. I've been using Macs since 1984 when the first one came out. You don't use Macs and I was therefore struggleing to find the right places to type on a foreign (to me) keyboard in the store. Kept saying I was already signed up but nobody understood what I was talking about. Just sign up. If this happens again, I'm done. I can get a haircut closer to home but I prefer you guys. My daughter and her husband both have Masters degrees in Computer Science Engineering and they struggle with Macs....so it's all about what you're used to dealing with.
