First time to a Sports Clips ever and it was on a personal referral... And as someone new to the area I was apprehensive as to where I should go and this was the place that came highly recommended!!! I got the MVP service at this Spokane WA location and was very happy both in quality of service and great Cost-to-Value ratio!!! The place was clean and non-cluttered and I liked that I was able to sign myself in at the kiosk when I walked in! I love how the lady that cuts my hair takes her time and does it right. I don’t feel like I’m getting a cheap haircut from Supercuts. She always makes sure that I’m happy with it before I leave. That’s how you built a good customer base, and that’s the reason that I’ve been letting her cut my hair for a number of years. I love the consistency of it.

clean friendly environment
For the most part every time someone has cut my son's hair they have been so friendly and nice and have done an excellent job. They always love the shampoo and different styling products used. The only thing that keeps me from a full 10 rating is there seems to always be 1 staff member who just lacks in customer service skills and comes off very rude and dismissive, which is unfortunate. That and the online check in system is very frustrating there was no wait online and when I got there walked in there was almost a 3hr wait. Which was about 15min difference in time. All said I will go back over and over again. My boys love this place!
