My hair was cut to my satisfaction, which isn't easy. I needed a 'trim' to be prepared for an important meeting in 2 days. Often, when I ask for a 'trim' (just 'clean up') I still get a routine haircut and my hair is too short. Sue cut it to exactly the length I wanted. Also, I didn't have an appointment, but walked in and was in the 'chair' within 10 minutes.

I have been going here for over 12 years now and have always been 100% satisfied. Janelle k. Is absolutely fantastic. Friendly,professional, and a great stylist. My haircut is always perfect! I always enjoy the conversation that we have as well. I will continue to go to her ,and if she is not available I will go to whomever she refers me too. If you are considering going to sport clips on North Division, check in online or in store and talk with Janelle she will make it happen

The stylist that did my hair was fantastic. She not only worked effeciently, but she also did a full haircut, meaning: she took the time to make sure my hair wasn't just "cut" but that it was cut, blended, even, and on point. Absolutely fantastic!
