I loved my C1 class with Brynne! She did such a great job catering to all levels in the room and created such a wonderful class environment. Adding Sunday afternoons to my weekly routine!

The teachers are excellent!!! There are many class choices if you feel like more of a strength workout or more flow and balance. It is a great workout physically, and I feel more grounded by the intentions and yoga values the instructors in flow classes share.

Stacy is an impeccable teacher. Some others, not so much--they teach yoga fitness which I detest. Stacy teaches the actual yoga.

Mali was very welcoming and made me feel like I belonged here. I loved the C1 class and I will definitely seek out this class, and this studio, again in the future. I'm happy to be a new CorePower member!
