Incredible studio, great teachers, kind people I am hooked on C2 and sculpt classes
Hermosa CP is my favorite studio. Instructors like Alison P, Andrea, Madison, Ryanne, Daniella, Carla and Mia are terrific and offer a lot of variety. I will certainly miss Kendall but I know Rachel and Daniella will continue to do an excellent job managing and staffing the studio. The studio has great energy every class I take.

Amazing studio and teachers, however, the showers and extremely gross. I’d highly recommend replacing the curtain and doing general clean up of the bathroom.

I was traveling and visited the studio for a yoga sculpt class. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The class was great and the facilities clean. I would definitely return.

La Mesa yoga instructors are well trained, helpful & friendly. La Mesa studio is clean, well organized and has everything I need in a workout studio. I've been attending different types of classes the past several years and have always found that the yoga styles are versatile and there is a class for every level. I appreciate that the entire staff is very welcoming. The sessions are very well instructed.

I was so excited to see one of my favorite yoga instructors from Westminster (Amanda) was teaching a class at LoHi! Her class was fantastic! The studio was great, except that it's super hot in there, including the water coming out of the bathroom sinks. I always look for cool water to splash on my face after heated yoga, so was a bit surprised by the hot sink water ;) Not a huge deal though! Great studio and class!
Great staff, schedule of classes and other yoga practioners! Been going for 8 years now and I love the studio, the manager and all it's friendly and helpful staff.
My first class was great. The temperature of the room was nice, the facility was clean and the instructor did a great job.

I like the layout of the studio. It’s a more traditional yoga studio. I like the no shoes policies to keep the floor clean. I think the front desk people could be more welcoming and nicer. Sometimes I get ignored if a call is coming in.
Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was quite large compared to my home studio. I was on a work trip so only visited this once but overall had a great experience!
