I appreciate the variety of classes, from stretching and balance to strength, and multiple locations. The instructors are great, and bring positive and fresh energy and intention to each class which translates to a uplifting community. My body feels stronger and more balanced since I've joined.
The teaching staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, the studio is clean and the parking is convenient.
