Charlie feels like the teachers are listening to him. He said that he had one that kept trying to tell him something about what he was saying. He didn't think she really heard what he said. Charlie has to respect and like someone before he is comfortable working with them. He said from the first time he loves it there.

Sylvan(Audra) was very accommodating and flexible when our daughter had an exam she failed to tell us about until a couple days before. Sylvan was able to get her in, even called in an extra teacher, to help her study.
Our daughter struggles with concentrating on homework and studying. But, she enjoys the teachers at sylvan so much she asks us if she can go and study there.
