I love the digital lockers and the towel service. I had never tried hot yoga before so didn't bring an extra long towel. One of the employees gave me one and mentioned that it was included in the membership I had... Very happy finding that out:) I have practiced some yoga before but had never tried warm/ hot yoga... One of the employees ( sorry I didn't get his name) younger gentlemen with a ponytail:) was so calming and helpful. Answered all of my questions and was just very present in the conversation with me. That I really appreciated:)
It provides an excellent service to a 'newbie'. The introductory package is excellent - allowing me to "try, before I buy", including the mat usage is a great bonus. The scheduling systems are flawless and there is a great variety of classes offered so that I can find something that fits with my yoga intentions and my calendar. I haven't been to any other studios to compare, but your facilities are spectacular. Every instructor has been fantastic in their own unique way. You have put in all the successful elements to introduce me to yoga in a most positive and supportive way.
