The stylist disregarded how my son (14) wanted his hair trimmed, and instead face him one of the worst haircuts if his life. The manager waived the fee and offered another free haircut - but this is the second awful haircut and we will never use a Sports Clips again. I am not the type to cause a scene, or trash a company online - I will however tell everyone about our experience, so will my teenage son.
I was a customer at the store in Atascosita but due to traffic work and lights, I decided to try the store in Porter. Same great service but easier and faster to get to from Liberty, TX.

Worst haircut my poor son has ever received! It was for back to school & it looks horrible! I even had to cut some parts myself when he got home because it was so bad! We will never go back here again & will tell everyone not to use this location!

I've sent in my opinions many times before and the last time I got a response from someone arguing that my opinion was wrong and when you ask someone's opinion, they tell you how they feel so that can't be wrong. It's my "opinion" from my direct experience as a customer at sports clips that I rarely get an experienced hair cutter, so as a result the quality of my haircuts is usually not very favorable. There is a big difference in a quality hair cut between a stylist with 10 years' experience and 1 year experience, but my argument is that I shouldn't pay the same rate for someone to cut my hair who has only held a license for 1 year which doesn't mean they have been cutting hair for a year. I say all that to say I don't feel like i get my moneys worth getting services at sports clips.

It was the worst service and worst haircut my son has ever received. She was extremely rude and short. I asked for a skin fade, which I’ve gotten several times, and she said she didn’t do those on children. I asked for a line up, which I’m normally asked if I want, and she said he didn’t have the right hair for a lineup. The neckline was a wave shape. I know everyone has a bad day, but I could’ve done a better cut myself.
Service is always great at the location in Deer Park off Center Street, all the employees are friendly and make sure you are getting treated in a timely fashion. Cheyenne is who I use and have no complaints, always satisfied when I leave.
Sam did a very good job and is extremely knowledgable in what she does!

The person ruined my Sons haircut. He is 12 years old. He was embarrassed to go to his first day of school. The location in Deer Park Texas is pathetic! The worst I have ever seen.
Kayla is completely fantastic. Not only is she very friendly and kind, she understands what you’re trying to say about how to cut your hair without technical terms. She verifies what you’re wanting and delivers and exceptional cut.
My stylist, Ramona, is the key to my continued business. She has been a delight every time I have visited over the nearly 15 previous years. The quality of her service is high and consistent. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for a haircut!
