The ability to check in online at a time convenient to me. The stylists are friendly and knowledgeable in their work. The salon is always neat and clean. Not to mention the multiple tv’s tuned into sports nonstop!

Britt is my "go to" person. She truly knows what she's doing and is really the only person who "gets" my hair and what I want to do with it. She is very professional, personable, and congenial. I am always happy when I check the roster and find she is there and don't mind waiting even three times as long for her as I would for just the first available stylist because she is truly worth the wait! Please don't transfer her anywhere else because I would then have to drive that much longer to keep going to her.

Not only does she absolutely know hair (seriously, she works magic with clippers and scissors), but she also treats every client like they actually matter. I think in establishing Sports Clips you realized there are not many places a man can go to get pampered. Along with a great hair cut the warm towels and hair wash is extremely relaxing. There are not many place a guy can go to zone out and get relaxed for $30. My wife keeps questioning me if a hair cut is worth $30 and my response to her is always the same. No hair cut is worth $30 but the experience is.
