It was a great experience. I really liked when they did the hair wash and they put the hot towels on. I also liked that they now do shampoo and conditioner. I was a bit disappointed because they took away the neck and upper back massage with the massage gun but overall it was an amazing experience.
Everyone is very friendly. Quinn is my regular hairdresser and is very supportive!

Fast and efficient
Stylists are always polite when I’m there and when anyone arrives. They always listen to me when I let them know what I want for a men’s cut. The mvp treatment is the best. Too bad the New York governor signed into law about having a license to use the massage gun on upper back shoulder area which they can’t do anymore. But I don’t hold that against sport clips 5 stars all the way. Or should I touchdown home run goallllllll !!
Meg did a great job. She took her time with our adult developmentally disabled son, talked to him extremely nicely and made his day! I know she said she was new but she was extremely professional did a great job and had the perfect patience and personality for our son. I even called the store back to get her name to be sure to ask for her next time!

Friendliness and atmosphere
Staff was very friendly including the owner who is met at my place of the employment he promoted the mvp package which if you never been there you getnfree the 1st time, which I enjoyed, the price of the haircut was a bit pricey but other than that every thing was very good

Tricia was fantastic with my son! He is on the spectrum and even without telling her, she got him settled into his haircut, hot towel treatment and wash without fuss. We/he will be regulars for life!
