I normally don't write reviews like this, but I am definitely impressed.
I really like the computer check-in system. Also, it's awesome that the last haircut style/length is saved in the computer, so I don't have to remember various clipper numbers. It helps to keep my haircuts consistent, even if my memory is not.
I have been to this location before (Fairmount, NY) and it has been great each time. However, this specific trip was easily the best haircut I've ever had, both the skill of the haircut and the customer service were top-notch. I feel like I received a high-quality haircut for a very reasonable price. My haircut is a very simple fade, but I seem to always have issues with other places being consistent. A week and a half later, the haircut from Sport Clips is still awesome.
Last point, I really like that you can select/see the available stylists at any given time. The stylist, Red, was the difference for me that pushed my rating from 8 out of 10 to 10 out of 10. I would rate this trip as a 20 out of 10 if I could, and I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

Very friendly and outgoing. Always aware of taking care of the little stuff and the details. I feel very comfortable when I'm in one of the chairs. I've had three different girls cut my hair and all of them conduct themselves in the same friendly demeanor.

Staff is friendly and the place is always clean. Liverpool location could benefit from another staff member most days as the wait can sometimes be quite long.
They can usually get you right in without an appointment and they really take the time to do a good job. I don’t ever get home and have to trim parts where they missed. Great service!
