Every "Barberette" knows how to cut hair so well. Very nice. Fun place to watch sports and chill out. I wish I gave them a shot earlier, but Supercuts is legitimately less than 300 yards from my house. Will continue to try and get my haircut there because they have coupon deals too!

Katrina, the manager of Sport Clips at route 31 in Liverpool, NY is by far one of the friendliest, most-engaging, wonderful associates you have! For starters, her character is unmatched in this world. She has an incredibly engaging personality, one that resonates throughout the room from her staff to the customers. She has created one of the best atmospheres of any barbershop I have been to throughout the entire country, and I have been beyond blessed enough to live in various places throughout the country. She has created an incredibly welcoming, customer-friendly atmosphere and has made it a place that I visit far more than I need to, given how I have naturally short, slow -growing hair. People of great character and kindness have that kind of an affect on an environment; they encourage customers like myself to continue coming back and enjoying the sport-clip experience. Beyond the atmosphere itself, Katrina gives one of the best haircuts I have ever received, and that's coming form someone who's has the fortune of having high-expense barbers who've cut the hair of George Lopez, Mark Mcgwire, and the late Paul Walker cut my hair as well. I wouldn't put any of their work above the work and experience that Katrina provides. Her heart and hard work does not go unnoticed.
I do have one complaint. It seems like of the great work done, the work of great management is seldom appreciated. I would strongly recommend to Sport Clips headquarters personally pays the store of route 31 a visit, shakes Katrina's hand, and assures her that she has done a remarkable job making a fantastic environment and has done a fantastic job engaging and bringing in a solid customer base to an otherwise small town store. She's got a big job on her shoulders and could absolutely use the assurance from those above her that she's done a remarkable job! The girls that cut my boys’ haire were awesome.
I did not receive hot towel at the end of my haircut this last visit. Although maybe that has changed since my last cut, as the stylist next to me did not provide that customer with a hot towel either. Also, I was not asked if I wanted the MVP.
Other than those two things, my haircut turned out great and very pleased. This location is still my primary go-to place to get my haircut... So long as my preferred stylist, Roe, is available. She is amazing and has always done a stellar job. So much so that I have gone in for a cut before and no Roe means no cut that day.
Thanks for a great looking cut once again Roe! I'll definitely be back to see you next time!
Roe was amazing as always and took extra special care of my daughter. All the other hair stylists were talking to her and really made her feel special. I can't say enough for the staff at this location, especially (miss) Roe.
