Another great experience with Billie! I always request Billie to do my hair and she never disappoints! Not only is she great at cutting hair, she also makes great conversation. Funny and easy to talk to, I always leave Billie’s chair feeling and looking great, and I always get many compliments afterwards. Billie makes every experience a 100/10.
