Same as always. The entire experience is good, from the app that shows me the stylists that are working and put me in the queue to the MVP experience. Amusingly, I personally don't follow any sports, so that side of the things is irrelevant to me. Also, now that I've found a stylist I like (Elizabeth) I am able to get a nice, consistent cut that's good every time.
