I wanted to try a new hairstyle and Billie really came through for me. She was kind, honest, suggestive and very caring. She asked how I felt about each step she was taking with my hairstyle and I have never felt so safe to make a change in my hairstyle until now. She was the perfect person to trust with this new change. I will definitely be coming back as a regular now. I also really liked that she was able to inform me on what products were the best options for my new hairstyle and the look I was going for. Today was my second time going to the Long Beach location of Sports Clips off Spring St. I full enjoyed my hair cut experience and the outcome of my haircut was better than i expected. Today I got a new person to cut my hair and Jessie was such a sweet and easy person to start a conversation. She did a great job on my hair and will definitely be coming back.
I like being able to make an appointment and that its posted so that you can see the wait time. The people are very friendly and the whole experience was enjoyable.
