Very friendly, caring, responsive staff.

The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. They asked good questions and listened well to what we had to say. They have a good system in place to manage the flow of people and dogs. The fact that the dogs are introduced slowly then in the same space with the same dogs all day likely helps them feel comfortable and confident. Having the cameras to watch the dogs is an amazing perk!

Daycare and Boarding

At Dogtopia the staff are like family and they treat our fur babies like their own.
As soon as I mention to Coco are you ready for school, she is at the door waiting for me to open the door, she jumps in the car and is anxiously waiting for us to arrive.
When we do, she cries from excitement and can't wait for me to open the door and let her in.
The staff are all amazing. They are cheerful, friendly and I know that she is having a great day.
I also know that I can open the app and see what she's up to (playing ball or just resting).
When I pick her up, her tail is wagging and she's so happy to see me.

Fabulous grooming staff. My dog does so well - one dog at a time and only 1 dog per groomer at a time unlike other stores. Circular drive for pick up and drop off.
