Friendly staff.

Dogtopia Applewood is absolutely wonderful - everyone there is loving, kind and gentle with the pups and really care for them, as evidenced by all the hugs, patting and kisses doled out. Last minute requests for daycare/boarding have been met with no problem for which I have been very grateful. I know when our Howard is there, he is well cared for and loved which is comforting in that I don’t have to worry about him. It is kept extremely clean and I really like that I can watch on the webcam during the day to watch Howard play with his friends!

It has been a really positive experience so far! Staff are attentive and kind and Lucy ran right in on her first day! We really appreciated the follow up phone call the next day to see how she was doing after her first day (VERY tired!). We felt comfortable leaving Lucy. Having the cameras to check in on her during the day was also a comfort! We are looking forward to her continuing day care at Dogtopia!

I was really nervous about bringing Milo at such a young age but he's in good hands at Dogtopia. He's learning to socialize with all the other dogs and gets the much needed exercise he needs throughout the day. The rest breaks are much appreciated because Milo doesn't know when to slow down. The place is so well organized and the staff are super nice and Milo loves the frequent pats & rubs they give him.

My puppy is always so excited to arrive and greet the wonderful front desk staff.

Firstly the staff are amazing. From when you enter inside the door to when you are leaving. The care and attention to our fur babies is exceptional. Any questions we had were answered to our satisfaction. They treat the animals as if they were their family. The posh salon inside Dogtopia is great. Bear had his spa appointment today and they were great. Thankyou to all of you for making his experience wonderful. Keep up the good work.

Leaving my dog is costly and also scary at times!

Overall my dog is still re-active when on a leash and we go for walks! We have good days and bad days. I still will avoid big dogs because I fear coopers reaction will cause a bigger dog to react aggressively! I do not want him bitten a 3rd time! with him iniating the attack because he gave a bark or warning bark!

So knowing he is amongst other dogs will always give me a bit of anxiety and also hoping he doesnt add pressure to his bad leg!

The camera helps me check in! Knowing Cooper is the only Shiba Inu and seeing the positive energy from the associates set me at ease! Having him whine in the car when in the parking lot and super excited when we come inside the building. Are all signs that he is happy! Happy and Safe and Great Customer service gives me hope for accomidations when needed.

What I like about Dogtopia in Orleans is everything. The dedication of the staff, the cleanliness, the way the environment is set up, the activities that they have, etc. I know when I drop my dog off, she is in a great environment.

The wonderful staff members at dogtopia absolutely love every pup they look after, and take amazing care of them. Our pup Lucy LOVES going to daycare, and since they've partnered with Pawsh Dog she looks amazing after every groom. It's great that boarding is exclusive to daycare members as well.

Dogtopia shows care and concern for the dogs in their care. They develop relationships with each animal and communicate with the owners in a timely manner finding solutions and providing suggestions when needed.

The staff, the fact that my dog loves it so much she picks up her leash and takes herself to the back during drop off, the look of happiness on my dogs face everytime I log into the camera and the happy dog that greets me at the end of the day at pickup.
