Communication is really great. I also feel the staff is empathetic and understood our needs. During an unforeseeable family emergency, we literally showed up at our Lionhead location last minute without a booking in hopes of securing a spot for daycare and one night of boarding. The staff understood, and even said if he needed a second night, they could accommodate us. That meant a lot to us. Enzo loves to attend. We also appreciate the on-site grooming services and are happy with the groomer and the treatments Enzo receives. The app is also easy to navigate and is very user-friendly. We also find the check-in and pick-up process very quick and efficient. I feel that the staff know our dog and are always committee to his care and well-being.

The staff is amazing at the Burlington branch. They are friendly and know your dog, our little Finley runs into daycare. Every parents dream to know their cherished little guy is loved and cared for while you are at work.
Everyone is friendly and really seem to enjoy working with the dogs. I would highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for doggy daycare or boarding.

We have been grooming with Becky for over a year now. She is amazing! Our samoyed, Zuri, generally does not enjoy getting groomed. But with Becky, everything goes well and she is always returned to us looking beautiful.
Friendly, accommodating staff and Charlie always has a great day when she visits (and she's played out when she gets home- that's important too haha!).
Everyone there is warm and welcoming. They do a fantastic job with the dogs. You can tell they’re very caring and it’s not just a job. My puppy was very shy when he first started going there about a month and a half ago and now every time we walk up to the front door, he’s so excited to see friends and people, loves going in there.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are always happy to see you and your pup. You can tell they all loves dogs. They interact with the dogs in the rooms and take very good care of them. The events/fundraisers that they put on are awesome and I love seeing pictures of all the pups.
Our dog loves going to daycare at Dogtopia. He starts to get excited in the car as soon as we pull into the parking lot! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Always feel like the staff is taking care of the facility, animals and their pet parents. Love the little activities/crafts for the pets!
