Convenient
The staff is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and engaged with Cooper. Coopers day starts with Dorianna greeting us,with her exuberant personality. Followed by someone excitedly coming to take Cooper to the playroom(he can’t get there fast enough). Then a day filled with activity, attention and seeing friends again (enjoy watching the activity in the playroom)At the end of the day, when we come to pick him up, Adrian announces Coopers pickup in the play room and gets him ready to come home (Cooper smells so nice at the end of the day). Then a nap on the way home. Jenn is always there to answer questions/concerns. She is genuinely engaged in the care of the dogs and very reassuring the dogs are in the best of care.

My dog always has a wonderful time at Dogtopia! He loves the people and environment. They are always so accommodating as well. My only critique would be that I wish the cameras worked more consistently as I love checking in on my dog, especially on boarding stays.

Great staff at the Burlington location. Our 8 month old American Water Spaniel is a wiggle machine when she gets there greeting everyone! She loves it.

Attentive and friendly staff who will give feedback about your pet's day under their care, good or bad (mostly good 😊). Very efficient when dropping off during those busy mornings. The camera is a nice benefit.
