The staff is very friendly and are great with kids. They always make sure to ask what kind of cut and check with me before letting the kids go. Plus my son loves the MVP treatment. It makes getting haircuts sooo much easier!!

In addition to consistently getting a great hair cut it is a delight to see the human side of the stylist. If a customer waiting in lobby is uncomfortable, Jenna asks to make sure they were okay and offer them water. If her colleagues asks her for a consult she will go over to their station and give hands on demonstration. She has tremendous leadership qualities and is a very down to earth person.

It was so easy to make an appointment with the app on my phone. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and had less than a five minute wait time. The stylist, DeeDee, discussed with me how I wanted my hair to look. I opted for the MVP experience and it was well worth it. The massaging chair, hot towel and hair massage was amazing after a long day at work. I left the shop relaxed and had a great haircut!
