Kimmie was absolutely spectacular. You need to give her a raise. She is a one woman army greeting everyone and making sure beryone feels welcome while also making you feel like you are the most important when in the chair. I instantly felt super comfortable and I can have a little social anxiety so it was extremely helpful. She knew exactly what I needed and got me in an out. I always get vip I will never do a service without. Thank you Kimmy’s for your kindness and being so personable. It was great to feel the amazing trust I had with Kimmie right away. She is a true bright light and a gem to sports clips. I can personally tell you Kimmie is why I continue to go here. If she sees this thank you Kimmie you have no idea how much I needed you to be there for me so I could just sit down and you can take care of the rest. You guys have irreplaceable employee and could train no only this store but head up training for multiple stores. With her you feel like family.

Shout out to Meri!!! She did an AMAZING job on my hair! It’s always so hard to find someone to trim my layered hair but she NAILED IT!! My hair is naturally curly but I straightened it and went in for a trim. She gave me exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. She pays super close attention to detail, she made me feel comfortable, and she was so patient. I swear I’m literally going to her every single time.
Love the hair wash and the neck massage. It is wonderful I really like my stylus Charlotte because she’s very patient with me.

Yessenia is awesome! I came in because she's my favorite stylist. I came in and she was about to go to lunch. I felt bad because I understand when someone comes to you and they need help right as you're going to lunch sucks! She could have had me wait, which I was prepared to do, but she pushed her lunch back just for me...I minimized my visit by not opting for the full MVP service I usually get so she could go to lunch. I also tipped her very well and told her that I would buy her lunch for her taking care of me. As always, she's great and I have no one else that I will let cut my hair. Awesome customer service on her part!
Yessenia is the best! Shes super sweet and very patient with the kiddos and does an amazing job with the cuts! Highly recommend!
