Great job. Our carpet is 20 years old and had always just been cleaned with a home carpet cleaner (not professional cleaner). We were impressed at how well Zerorez did. Even the most high-traffic areas came out virtually completely clean. The technician did a great job, even coming back to redo a small spot the next day. And the carpet and house have smelled very good (no "wet dog" smell after the cleaning) -- which was extremely important to me.
My carpet looks amazing. Even though some spots stayed very stiff and the shoe covers were left outside my house by the gentleman who came.
