It always feels and looks clean after completion. I like that it doesn’t feel crunchy after it dries. The smell isn’t fake or overwhelming, but is there and makes you feel like it was cleaned without adding a scent, just a nice neutral/clean smell.

The carpets and furniture came out clean as always. The technician was friendly and efficient. I forgot to mention a scotchguard treatment so I didn't get that which I have before and liked. One problem we encountered was a long burn mark in the grass from the street to the house. I saw the hoses going across the front lawn but since it was shady I didn't think it would harm the grass. The small hose must have had hot liquid in it because it did leave a burn line. That happened once in the past too. I need to remember that for the future and ask that the hoses be placed on the sidewalk. Yes there will be a next time!
