They were polite, kind, and let me know all they were doing. The carpet looks awesome! I had some blood issues on the carpet. It is all gone. The carpet is still soft. Looks like new. Also, I was able to get an appointment without a huge wait. Everyone was just exceptional! The black grout in my bathroom is no longer black!!! Awesome!!! I was just very happy with their service!
I like the way they use natural products; no smell, faster drying. I like the way they schedule you as quickly as possible. I like the friendly, concerned, and competent people they hire.
